Konsep Ikigai pada Generasi Z Jepang Menghadapi Covid 19

Abstract


Konsep ikigai memberi pandangan yang mengarah kepada arti penting dari kehidupan orang Jepang. Ikigai membuat seseorang dapat bersikap lebih baik dalam menghadapi suatu masalah dan situasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui konsep ikigai yang tercermin dalam sikap generasi Z di Jepang saat menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif analisis. Sumber data merupakan hasil wawancara kepada lima orang Jepang. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan konsep ikigai dengan melihat sikap, kepuasan, serta kebahagiaan saat pandemi. Disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini telah mengetahui sikap generasi Z di Jepang menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 dilihat dari konsep ikigai.
