There are 5 important pillars for increasing the competitiveness of early childhood education, namely: 1) supporting managers to become professional and competent, 2) supporting increased teacher creativity and the performance of the teacher team, 3) scouting for students' talents and interests, 4) increasing people's trust parents and the surrounding community, 5) children's development in the academic, character and spiritual fields.
