Abstrak

                Konveyor adalah sistem mekanik yang berfungsi memindahkan barang dari satu tempat ke tempat lain, banyak digunakan di industri untuk transportasi barang secara terus-menerus dan dalam jumlah besar karena lebih ekonomis dibandingkan alat angkut berat. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem konveyor otomatis berbasis Arduino yang mampu menghitung dan menyortir hasil produksi secara cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Sistem menggunakan sensor inframerah IR E18-D80NK untuk mendeteksi dan menghitung barang serta sensor warna TCS3200 untuk menyortir berdasarkan warna (merah dan hijau). Perancangan dilakukan pada perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak menggunakan bahasa C++ yang terintegrasi dengan mikrokontroler Arduino. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu mendeteksi, menghitung, dan menyortir barang dengan akurasi tinggi. Data hasil dapat dipantau secara real-time melalui aplikasi Blynk di smartphone.

Abstract

The conveyor is a mechanical system used to move goods from one place to another. It is widely used in industries for continuous and large-scale material transport because it is more economical than heavy transport equipment. This study aims to design and implement an Arduino-based automatic conveyor system capable of counting and sorting production outputs quickly, accurately, and efficiently. The system uses an infrared sensor (IR E18-D80NK) to detect and count items and a color sensor (TCS3200) to sort them based on color (red and green). The hardware and software are designed using the C++ programming language and integrated with the Arduino microcontroller. Test results show that the system can detect, count, and sort items with high accuracy. The counting and sorting data can be monitored in real time through the Blynk application on a smartphone.
