HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA

Abstract


The aim of the research is to know positive correlation between interpersonal communication and students' learning motivation. The research is a correlational studies. The Subjects of the research is 119 students of grade four (IVA, IVB and IVC) in SDN Ciampea 02 Kecamatan Ciampea Kabupaten Bogor. The Taro Yamane is used to take the sample of the research. There are 54 students for the sample. The collection of the data uses likert scale questionnaire  for the interpersonal  communication and students' learning motivation. The instrument validity  of the research is counted by coefficients Product Moment Pearson Formula and the instruments realibility is used Alpha Cronbach formula. The result of the research shows that there is a correlation and signification between interpersonal communication and students' learning motivation.The coefficients correlation of the research is 0,93. The correlation between communication interperaonal and students' learning motivation is stated by regression equation Ŷ = 0.014 + 1. 036x and the determination coefficients result is r2 = 0,86. It shows that communication interpersonal gives 80% contribution for students' learning motivation.
