PENYULUHAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DENGAN WAWASAN LITERASI DIGITAL MAKANAN BERGIZI UNTUK MEMERANGI STUNTING DI RPTRA KP PERIGI

Abstract


Indonesia's development requires high-quality human resources (HR), which depend on the growth and development of children. Technological advancements and development have led to the emergence of two groups of children based on nutritional status: those with nutritional deficiencies and those with excess nutrition, both of which risk lowering the quality of future HR. To address this issue, a community service activity was carried out with the aim of socializing nutritional balance and reducing stunting among adolescents, who have the potential to become future parents. The socialization was held at RPTRA Kp. Perigi, South Kebayoran Lama, targeting the Children's Forum of Kebayoran Lama District, through lectures and discussions on the clinical aspects of stunting, prevention, actions, and nutritional control. This activity included a question-and-answer session, as well as pretests and posttests to measure success. The results showed an increase in the average score from 59 to 79, with a significant p-value of 0.002 (<0.05), indicating an increase in adolescents' knowledge about stunting. The socialization was successful in enriching knowledge and is recommended to be enhanced so that this knowledge can be more widely disseminated, supporting economic growth through the improvement of nutritional status and reduction of stunting.
