Abstract


THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DISTANCE LEARNING ASSESSMENT OF MATHEMATICS LEARNING RESULTS IN THE ERA OF COVID-19

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Effectiveness of Distance Learning Assessment of Mathematics Learning Outcomes for Grade V Elementary School Kukutu 1 Bogor City in the Covid-19 Era. Data collection in this study was carried out by conducting observations, interviews and also documentation to support research. The results showed that the effectiveness of distance learning assessment consumed more effort by giving assignments, quizzes, games and paying attention to the attitudes of the  students. The obstacles experienced by the teachers during conducting assessments were  scoring the accumulated grades and the limitations of face-to-face teaching and learning activities taking place. The solution to overcome these obstacles were by sending back the learning material that had been taught, and sending daily assignments that must be solved by the students. Each student got different developments during distance learning, experiences of signal problems and lacksof  facilities for learning. However, in every obstacle, each student conducted his  own solution to get out of these obstacles so that students were able to continue following the learning process
