KEINOVATIFAN GURU DITINJAU DARI LOCUS OF CONTROL DAN LITERASI INFORMASI
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to find out the correlation between teacher locus of control and information literacy on teacher innovativeness in private teacher in Cicurug Subdistrict Sukabumi Regency. The number of samples in this study were 104 respondents taken with Proportional Random Sampling technique. The method used is survey and data analysis techniques using statistical test of correlation and multiple linear regression. The hypothesis testing performed at the level of significance 0,05. The result of this research is positive and highly significant correlation between locus of control with teacher innovativeness. It is shown by the correlation coefficient (ry1) 0,524 (α = 0,01), and regression equation is Ŷ = 80,48 + 0,469X1. Secondly, there is a very significant positive relationship between information literacy and teacher innovativeness. This is shown by the correlation coefficient ry2 0,516 (α = 0,01) and regression equation that is Ŷ = 107,63 + 1,42X2. Third, there is a positive and very significant relationship between locus of control and information literacy together with teacher innovativeness with correlation coefficient of ry12 = 0,58 (α = 0,01) and regression equation Ŷ = 80,01 + 0,3X1 + 0.87X2. Based on these results, the implication of the research is that teacher innovativeness can be improved through increasing locus of control and information literacy.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara locus of control dan literasi informasi terhadap inovasi guru pada guru swasta di Kecamatan Cicurug Kabupaten Sukabumi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 104 responden yang diambil dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasi asosiatif melalui survei dan data diolah dengan teknik korelasi dan regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara lokus kontrol dengan inovasi guru. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi (ry1) 0,524 (α = 0,01), dan persamaan regresi adalah Ŷ = 80,48 + 0,469X1. Kedua, ada terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara literasi informasi dan inovasi guru. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi ry2 0,516 (α = 0,01) dan persamaan regresi yaitu Ŷ = 107,63 + 1,42X2. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan positif dan sangat signifikan antara locus of control dan literasi informasi bersamaan dengan inovasi guru dengan koefisien korelasi ry12 = 0,58 (α = 0,01) dan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 80,01 + 0,3X1 + 0,87X2. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut bahwa inovasi guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan locus of control dan literasi informasi.
