The research time is April – August 2023. This research was conducted in Depok City by involving all elementary school teachers in Depok City with a population of 1740 with an affordable population of 541. The first stage is proportional random sampling in 5 sub-districts, the second stage is proportional random sampling in 45 schools. With Taro Yamane's formula, a sample of 231 teachers was obtained as research subjects. There is a positive direct influence of reading culture on teacher innovation with a path coefficient of 0,316 so that the development of reading culture can strengthen teacher innovation and there is a positive direct influence of technological literacy on teacher innovation with a path coefficient of 0,084 so that increasing technological literacy can strengthen teacher innovation and there is a positive direct influence of reading culture on technological literacy with a path coefficient of 0,750 so that Improving reading culture can strengthen technological literacy.
