The Influence Of Work Discipline And Organizational Culture On Employee Performance Of Pt. Federal Internasional Finance (Fif Group) Head Office

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Head Office. Employee performance is a critical factor in achieving company goals, and both work discipline and organizational culture are considered to have a significant role in enhancing performance. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design and multiple linear regression analysis. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 FIF employees who were selected as the sample. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as does organizational culture, which also shows a positive and significant influence. Simultaneously, work discipline and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings suggest that the company needs to maintain and improve work discipline and foster a supportive organizational culture to achieve optimal performance
