The Effect Of Transformational Leadership Style On Teacher Performance

Abstract


This researcher has the aim of knowing the influence of transformational leadership style on teacher performance. Research on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on Teacher Performance at Malik Ibrahim Gresik Islamic Foundation Educational Institution uses a quantitative approach. The technique used to determine the sample in this study is a saturated sampling technique. The results of the study in the form of Transformational Leadership Style have a significant influence on Teacher Performance, meaning that the better the Transformational Leadership Style will have a significant effect on the better Teacher Performance.
