PENGARUH PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN, KEADILAN ORGANISASI DAN KETERLIBATAN KERJA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENZHIP BEHAVIOR DOSEN

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh langsung dari perilaku kepemimpinan, keadilan organisasi, dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenzhip Behavior (OCB) dosen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di universitas swasta di Bogor dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 707 dosen dengan sampel sebanyak 130. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif perilaku kepemimpinan Kaprodi, keadilan organisasi, dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap OCB dosen. Artinya untuk menumbuhkembangkan OCB dosen harus diiringi dengan perbaikan kepemimpinan, keadilan organisasi, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja dosen.
