Analysis of Learning Outcomes of Buffer Solution Materials through the Discovery Learning Approach in Vocational High Schools

Abstract
The aims of this study were (1) to determine the implementation of the discovery learning approach on the buffer solution material (2) to determine the learning outcomes of students in class XI IPA SMAK Sint Carolus Kupang on the discovery learning approach to the buffer solution material (3) to determine the participant satisfaction questionnaire. students towards the application of the discovery learning approach to the buffer solution material (4) To determine the effect of the discovery learning approach on the learning outcomes of students in class XI IPA SMAK Sint Carolus Kupang (5) To determine the relationship between the application of the discovery learning approach to student learning outcomes in the solution material buffer. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that (1) the application of the discovery learning approach to the buffer solution material in class XI IPA SMAK Sint Carolus Kupang is in the good category with a reliability value of 98%. (2) The learning outcomes of students in class XI IPA SMAK Sint Carolus Kupang were declared complete with an average score of 85. (3) Student satisfaction questionnaires on the application of the discovery learning approach to the buffer solution material were in the very good category with a percentage of 82%. (4) There is a significant relationship to the application of the discovery learning approach to the learning outcomes of students in the buffer solution material with a correlation coefficient of 0.40 (5) There is a significant effect on the application of the discovery learning approach to the learning outcomes of students in class XI IPA SMAK Sint Carolus Kupang with a simple regression equation of Y = 70.338 + 0.173x.
