Abstract


This case study was conducted to describe the development of educators in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. This research was based on educator observations in the East Bogor sub-district conducted in 2018. The study was conducted using qualitative education with a case study method. Data collection through observation, interviews. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of the development of educators with problems not yet understood and unable to develop technological advances in the era of industrial revolution 4.0
