The involvement of parents in the process of learning English in PAUD aims to make the children's learning process monitored by teachers and parents both at school and home. The integration of the learning process with the introduction of English at school followed by habituation at home will have a positive impact on children's learning progress. The purpose of this study is to implement an integrated English learning model between teachers and parents through the google classroom application. The method applied in this study is training, workshop, online guidance, and independent practice. This study involved 50 PAUD teachers from 20 PAUD in Cibinong sub-district, Bogor Regency. The results of this study are 1) Most (95%) teachers who take part in the study can use the google classroom application as a medium of communication with parents of students, 2) teachers get new knowledge to design English learning devices, 3) teachers understand some important websites to download the references of English language learning materials and 4) some teachers can cooperate with parents through google classroom to introduce and habituate simple English usage at home, even though it is still very limited. The main obstacles of this study are the teacher's limitations towards the use of technology (ICT literacy is still low), teachers’ difficulty in understanding this application to parents, unstable internet networks, and limitations of parents having a smart phone and adequate internet data packages
