Plan, Do, Check, Action Research Trends Using Bibliometric Analysis
Abstract
This research was conducted using bibliometric analysis to explore PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) research topics and trends from 2019 to 2024. Using data from articles indexed by Google Scholar and the Publish or Perish reference software with keywords “PDCA, Plan, Do, Check, Action” is then applied to VOSviewer software to visualize and analyze bibliometric trends. There were 915 relevant articles with a total of 5975 citations. Obtained 5 main clusters from using VOSviewer. The words management, ISO, framework, problems, and quality management are trending as several topics that are relevant and have the potential to influence PDCA. This research maps trending research topics with a strong basis for understanding in depth PDCA research themes and can identify potential research directions in the future.
