Based on the results of research obtained on the evaluation of implementation on the human component found that system use and user satisfaction are two sub-components that have a reciprocal relationship. The relationship of using the system affects the satisfaction of the user on the implementation of the e-Pusdik system. Users will feel satisfied when the system functions optimally in providing the information that the user needs. And quality information can provide value to users both employees and educational participants. Then in the organizational component there are two sub-components, namely the structure and the organizational environment are two interrelated relationships, the structure relates to the type and nature of the organization while the environment is the source of financing and the population served. Finally, in the technology component there is a two-way relationship of the human component and the technological component related to the sub-component of system quality to user satisfaction and the quality of information to system use.
