The study aims to find the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variables with transformational leadership variables and self-efficacy of elementary school teachers in the era of independent learning. The research method used quantitative methods, with a population of 157 A-accredited public elementary schools in Depok City, West Java, and 1,170 teachers with civil servant status and certified educators.  The sample was determined using a simple random sampling technique with the Taro Yamane formula totaling 173 teachers.  The instrument uses a rating scale. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and path analysis.  The results of the study 1) there was a direct positive influence of transformational leadership with OCB with a path coefficient value of 0.204;  there is a direct positive effect of self-efficacy with OCB with a path coefficient value of 0.187; and 3) there is a direct positive influence between transformational leadership and self-efficacy with a path coefficient of 0.983. OCB teacher conclusions can be improved through the strengthening of transformational leadership, and self-efficacy.
