JIAFE (Jurnal Ilmiah Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi)

JIAFE (Jurnal Ilmiah Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi) is a peer-reviewed based academic journal. The journal is published two times a year (June and December) by Economics and Business Faculty, Pakuan University. JIAFE (Jurnal Ilmiah Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi) is in cooperation with Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants/IAI (a professional association). JIAFE is also assosiated with Aliansi Pengelola Jurnal Berintegritas Indonesia/ALJEBI (a journal management alliance). JIAFE (Jurnal Ilmiah Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi) firstly published in 2015 with ISSN number 2502-3020 and later on received its E-ISSN number 2502-4159 in 2016. Even though the journal received the ISSNs within two consecutive years, JIAFE (Jurnal Ilmiah Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi) actually has longer experience in publication. Its previous publication was named JIMAFE (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen dan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi) with ISSN 1410-6132.

In the beginning, JIAFE (Jurnal Ilmiah Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi) is formed to provide a media for facultys academic publication. However, along with the improvement of the quality of higher education, the journal also develops its scope to receive broader scientific publication from other institutions. Now, JIAFE (Jurnal Ilmiah Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi) aims to give contributions in the area of research including, but not limited to case-based study, conceptual and empirical study in every aspects of accounting issues. To be more adaptable and consistent, starting from Volume 7 the volumes numbering format are modified as follow: Vol. 7, No. 1 (2021): Tahun 2021. And in October 2019, JIAFE officially received the accreditation from the Ministry of Research,Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia.
