Journal Policy

1.The submission process is done through the Open Journal System (OJS) at https://journal.unpak.ac.id/index.php/pajoul.

2. Manuscripts submitted to the Law Review Pakuan Journal must meet the following conditions

  • This manuscript is not in the process of publication in another publication agency.
  • The manuscript has never been published in another publication agency.
  • The text was not the result of plagiarism.

3. The editor has the right to choose and edit the incoming manuscript. Publication or rejection of the manuscript will be notified to the author. A priority of publication is based on an assessment of the substance and order of texts received by the Pakuan Law Review. The substance of the manuscript or article as a whole is the responsibility of the author. Unpublished scripts will not be returned.

4. Manuscripts included in the review process cannot be withdrawn.

5. If the results of the review process state that the author's script cannot be published, the author has the right to publish it in another publication agency.

6. Authors who withdraw texts during or after the review process will be blacklisted and cannot publish their work on the Pakuan Justice Journal Of Law for 2 consecutive years after withdrawal.

7. The author who has not sent the revised manuscript up to 3 months after being given the right decision from the Editor's Board, will be the Editor's authority to reject the manuscript.

8. The Law Review submission accepts article submission and does not charge article processing fees and article publication fees.

9. In the case of a mentor in the research or preparation of the manuscript, they will not be included in the author's list.

10.The incoming text will be processed in a timely manner.
