ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the role of psychological capital as a catalyst in the relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The methodology used is a quantitative approach with data collection through a survey of 105 respondents. A Likert scale of 1-5 was used to indicate the degree of each statement on each indicator. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between servant leadership and psychological capital and between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, this study also found a significant relationship between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, this study reveals that psychological capital acts as a partial mediating variable in the relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. These findings provide new insights for organizations in understanding the importance of developing psychological capital as part of leadership strategies to improve organizational citizenship behavior. This research suggests that organizations optimize servant leadership and psychological capital development to encourage behaviors that support organizational goals.
