The copyright of each article published in Pakuan Law Review (PALAR) remains entirely with the authors. The journal does not claim exclusive rights over published articles but retains a non-exclusive right to distribute and archive the articles within the journal system, indexing platforms, and other repositories. -

All articles in PALAR are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. Under this license:-

Proper attribution is given to the author by including the author’s name, article title, journal name (Pakuan Law Review), volume, issue, year of publication, and DOI.

By submitting an article to PALAR, the author agrees that the article:-

To avoid any misunderstanding, PALAR does not include a "Copyright (c) PALAR" statement in published articles. Instead, articles will only display the following license statement:"This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License."
