JOURNAL POLICY

  • The manuscript submission process is carried out through the Open Journal System (OJS) at https://journal.unpak.ac.id/index.php/palar/index
  • Manuscripts submitted to the Pakuan Law Review Journal must meet the following conditions:
    • This manuscript is not in the process of being published in another publishing institution.
    • Manuscripts have never been published in other publishing institutions.
    • The manuscript is not the result of plagiarism. The editor has the right to select and edit incoming manuscripts. 
  • The publication or rejection of the manuscript will be notified to the author. Priority for publication is based on an assessment of the substance and order of the manuscripts received by the Pakuan Law Review. The substance or manuscript as a whole is the responsibility of the author. Unpublished scripts will not be returned.
  • Manuscripts that have entered the review process cannot be withdrawn.
  • If the results of the review process state that the author's manuscript cannot be published, then the author has the right to publish it in another publishing institution.
  • Authors who withdraw their manuscripts during or after the reporting process will be blacklisted and cannot publish their work in Pakuan Law Review for 2 consecutive years after withdrawal.
  • Authors who have not submitted revisions to the manuscript by 3 months after being given an appropriate decision by the Editorial Board, will be at the discretion of the Editorial Board to reject the manuscript.
  • Pakuan Law Review accepts article submissions without charging article processing fees and article publication fees.
  • In the case of mentors in the process of research or drafting of manuscripts, they will not be included in the list of authors.
  • Incoming manuscripts will be processed on time.
